คาร์บอนแบลก คือ ผลผลิตจากน้ำมันชนิดหนัก เมื่อผสมกับยางจะให้คุณสมบัติทนต่อแรงเสียดทานและมีความยืดหยุ่นสูง คาร์บอนแบลกที่ผลิตโดย TCP มีขนาดของเม็ดเท่ากันอย่างสม่ำเสมอ ปลอดการปนเปื้อน เมื่อนำไปเป็นวัตถุดิบในการผลิตยาง จะให้ผลผลิตที่มีคุณภาพสูงตรงตามความต้องการ.
ในปัจจุบัน TCP ผลิตคาร์บอนแบลกทั้งประเภท Hard Grade และ Soft Grade รวมมากกว่า 10 เกรด เพื่อตอบสนองความต้องการต่อวัตถุประสงค์การใช้งานที่มีความหลากหลาย ได้แก่ N-134 N-220 N-234 N-326 N-330 N-339 N-375 N-550 N-660 และ N-774 แต่ละเกรดจะมีคุณสมบัติเฉพาะ เมื่อนำไปเป็นวัตถุดิบในการผลิตชิ้นส่วนยางก็จะได้ยางคุณภาพที่แตกต่างกัน อาทิเช่น ให้ความเหนียว ทนต่อแรงดึงและแรงเสียดทาน มีการหดตัวน้อง มีความยืดหยุ่นสูง รวมถึงการพัฒนาเทคโนโลยีการผลิตเพื่อให้ได้คาร์บอนแบลกเกรดพิเศษ (Low grit) ได้แก่ G-N550 G-N660 G-N774 ที่เน้นความเรียบเนียนของพื้นยางเป็นพิเศษ.
